Newsletter Service

Smarter Every Month.

Newsletters go live at contract signing. The 90-day plan refines, sharpens, and automates, it never delays the send.

How does it work?

To set your newsletter up for success, we start with a 90-day launch plan. Three forms keep the cadence on rails.

Step 01

Submit Sign Up Form

Start with the newsletter sign up. It anchors the 90-day launch plan.

Live From Day 1

The 90-day refinement

Every phase ships live newsletters. Sends never stop — they just get smarter.

Phase 1 · Days 1–30 · Live

Launch & Listen

Newsletter goes live at contract signing. We capture baseline engagement across your full SOI and identify your most active contacts.

Phase 2 · Days 31–60 · Live

Refine & Segment

Sends continue while we use the engagement data to build segments — buyers, sellers, sphere, dormant — for sharper targeting.

Phase 3 · Days 61–90 · Live

Automate & Scale

Targeted automations layer on top of live sends. Your voice, your segments, on autopilot — without ever pausing the newsletter.

The segmentation flow

How a broad send becomes targeted content in three moves.

1

Broad Send

One newsletter to your entire database — surfaces engagement signals.

2

Identify Segments

Open and click patterns reveal who's a buyer, seller, sphere, or cold.

3

Targeted Content

Each segment receives messaging built for where they actually are.

Voice build · runs in parallel

The voice build does not delay your sends. Both tracks run simultaneously so your newsletter is live while we sharpen the voice behind it.

Live Track A — Sends

Monthly SOI + LORE newsletters ship on schedule from Day 1.

Track B — Voice Build

We capture your tone, stories, and POV across the 90 days and bake it into every future send and automation.

Step 1: Form submitted → draft within 48 hours. Step 2: Agent edits → 48 hours to return revisions. Step 3: Agent approval → scheduled send around the 15th.

Do you manage my database or CRM?

We do not offer database management. Your CRM needs to be pre-organized with tags, or you can provide your Mailchimp credentials and a CSV of your SOI contacts. For cleanup, our Database Team can help via custom proposal.

When are newsletters sent?

SOI: 15th of each month around 10:00 AM EST (next Monday if it falls on a weekend). LORE: 25th of each month.

When are form submissions due?

SOI: 2nd of each month. LORE: 15th of each month.

What kind of content should I provide?

Photos, videos, and local content drive the most engagement. We also send monthly content ideas to spark inspiration.

What happens if I miss a deadline?

If content isn't submitted by the deadline, you won't receive an SOI or LORE send for that month.

Can you customize newsletters for my brand?

Yes — we design to align with your branding and voice. Provide high-quality images, videos, or local stories.

Who do I contact for support?

Reach our VA Leverage Team at ops@theoption.today, or your personal Option Leverage VA. For database/CRM projects, our Database Team can quote a proposal.

What platforms do you support?

HTML-based newsletter CRMs, KW Command, Mailchimp, and Constant Contact. Agents are responsible for their own credits and subscriptions.
